  Berenberg downgrades Datagroup to 'Hold' - KKR offer unattractive

  HAMBURG (dpa-AFX Analyst) - Private bank Berenberg has lowered its price target for Datagroup shares from 70 to the level of KKR's purchase offer of 54 euros. Analyst Gustav Froberg also downgraded the shares from "buy" to "hold" in his response on Tuesday to what he considered to be an undervalued offer. While another bidder may emerge, it is more likely that the deal will go through at this price./ag/bek
